Basic Requirements:
Education
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience
At least 1.5 to 3 years working experience
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Software Development Company, IT Enabled Service, ICT Hardware Product Companies, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and IT Enabled Services Startup
Additional Requirements:
Age 25 to 40 years
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of HR best practices and office management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & HR software.
Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities
Sourcing & managing relationship with the potential resource supplier company or institution
Handle end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee compensation matters.
Organize employee engagement activities, training, and performance evaluations.
Manage employee activity and check their performance and reduce skill gap
Handle employee complain, conflicts, and disciplinary actions professionally.
Office management, ensuring a well-maintained and efficient workspace.
Maintain records, documents, and contracts in an organized manner.
Assist with budgeting and tracking administrative expenses based on human resource.
Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Act as a bridge between employees and management for a positive work environment.
Work closely with different departments to improve HR and office operations.
Assist in implementing new policies and workplace improvements.
Maintaining employee credential and assets, any face support coordination, and basic troubleshooting.
